Location- West Hall- 300 Convention Center Drive
Parking- There is no parking validation or reimbursement for this show. o Parking Details: Public parking rates around convention center range from $20 per day. Parking available in diamond lot and Fontainebleau hotel is across the street of west hall. Circus Circus is Free.
Complimentary self-parking is available now through May 31, 2026, for all Nevada residents and Fontainebleau Rewards members*.​ (Exceptions during special events)

It is $15.00 per day
Positions- A majority of the positions are STANDING, if you have any trouble standing for lengths of time, please let us know asap.
Dress Code- Black Button Down Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes. Informa is strict on dress code- no t-shirts, yoga/sweats. If you need help getting a black button down shirt please reach out to Molly.​​​
Food/Drinks- Lunch is on your own- Is there a Temp Staff Break Room? W239 and is staffing office ​
Pay- $21.00 per hour paid Feb. 6th​​​​ (IF YOU ARE NOT ON PAYROLL YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL FROM ISOLVE THIS MONTH) Positions are 1099 if you would like W2 just text Molly for paperwork.
Check In-
o Registration Staff Check-in location: on Sunday all typist & badge pickup temps, report to main reg, W102 for training.
Monday at 9am, all line monitors report to their assigned area to train & begin working. Monday at 10 & 11am, conference typists/line monitor & Westgate hotel badge pickup staff report to main reg, W102 for training.
o Conference scanning staff Check-in location: Room W238 for Check in & training on Tuesday. Speaker room receptionist can report to education office, W237
o Operations Staff Check-in location: Tuesday, at the food court area in west hall lobby

SCHEDULE- Your schedule is from Galea- this is the show management app. This is what you will follow. Molly will text you a QR code that you will use to clock in and out each day.​​​
Late/Sick Calls- If you are sick, text or call Molly asap on her cell. If you are going to be late call your supervisor and/or Molly to make arrangements. Client is very strict and want's everyone to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift, please plan accordingly. If you no call no show it is an automatic removal from our agency.​
Future Shows- For AVE shows we do use an app that we post jobs if you are not on our popbookings please use the link to sign up. Agency Portal
​Behavior- While we do understand not everyone gets along and there can be personality conflicts. If you are next to someone that you feel uncomfortable, please approach your supervisor. If there are passive aggressive comments, bullying, mean behavior Molly will come onsite, and you will be removed from the show. AVE does not allow staff to treat each other in any unkind way. ​
