We’re excited to once again welcome you out to LVMS for LS Fest West! For those returning, we truly appreciate your continued support—and if this is your first time helping, we’re thrilled to have you join us.

I’m reaching out to provide answers to questions you may have ahead of time so you can be prepared beforehand.
Worker Waiver: Please fill out the waiver in the below link and select STAFF/VOLUNTEER for your role. Let me know when completed so I can check off that you have signed the waiver. (if under 18 – please let me know. We will have a separate waiver that will need to be signed)

Attire: Long pants or shorts are great. Please no holes in pants and no excessively short shorts. Closed toed shoes any color are required (no crocs or open heel shoes please). Holley will provide staff shirts to work in so we’ll address that once each of you get onsite.
Arrival/Departure Time: 6:30 AM on the first day you are working to get through credentials and check-in and orientation. Each subsequent day you can arrive at 7 AM. Please plan to stay until around 6 PM each evening. Please note that you could be asked to leave early depending on how busy we are.
Check-In Location & Credentials: Please check-in at the Production Office which is by Participant Registration on the event layout. Please see the event layout attached to this email.
Parking: Once you’ve checked and obtained your credentials you’ll need to get back in your car and park down at Staff Parking (outlined on the same attachment). Then meet up with Angel/Bryan at Holley World, the large tent located opposite the Holley race trailer. If you’re being dropped off (don’t have a car) we can transport you down to the appropriate location.
Lunches: Lunches will be provided and will comprise a 30 minute break. Gatorades, water, etc. will be provided to ensure everyone stays hydrated. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions/needs. If you need to bring your own food/drinks they may be stored in the coolers we have.
Location: You’ll be operating out of a large tent, meaning you won’t have to worry about being out in direct sunlight.
