PPAI
Location- Mandalay Bay South Convention Center- 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd
Parking- You may park in either garage- go to the security guard station by Fedex hand them your ticket for vaildation.
Positions- PPAI is an ever evolving show- your spot COULD CHANGE- which can result in different hours, if you hours are cut short just tell your lead you need the original hours and they will have you stay helping in another area. If you work Badge Pick Up or Registration they do cut hours if slow. We did adjust this year for that so hopefully this does not happen.
Dress Code- Black Button Down Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes. - no t-shirts, yoga/sweats. If you need help getting a black button down shirt please reach out to Molly.​​​ IN PAST YEARS IT HAS BEEN FREEZING- PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING JACKET, SCARF, GLOVES ETC. I WILL APPROVE TO WEAR IF COLD INSIDE.
Food/Drinks- Lunch is on your own, we do have a table in back room that is our own. you can also store your items at registration. Food court is not always open- please prepare. ​
Pay- $20.00 per hour paid Jan. 29th (IF YOU ARE NOT ON PAYROLL YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL FROM ISOLVE THIS MONTH) Positions are 1099 if you would like W2 just text Molly for paperwork.
Check In- Meet in Food court in convention area on Sunday/Monday morning- any other shift after that just go to registration see Maria or Rod. You can ask anyone at Badge Pick up where they are also.
SCHEDULE- Comes from Pop Bookings- hours might change a bit if that is the case your supervisor will work with you on the updates.
Late/Sick Calls- If you are sick, text or call Molly asap on her cell. If you are going to be late call your supervisor and/or Molly to make arrangements. Client is very strict and want's everyone to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift, please plan accordingly. If you no call no show it is an automatic removal from our agency.​
Future Shows- For AVE shows we do use an app that we post jobs if you are not on our popbookings please use the link to sign up. Agency Portal
​Behavior- While we do understand not everyone gets along and there can be personality conflicts. If you are next to someone that you feel uncomfortable, please approach your supervisor. If there are passive aggressive comments, bullying, mean behavior Molly will come onsite, and you will be removed from the show. AVE does not allow staff to treat each other in any unkind way. ​
