Location- North, Central, South Halls. 3150 Paradise Road​​​​
Parking- There is no parking validation or reimbursement for this show.
The rate should be $15 again on show days- (Feb 17-19). As for the lots they can use, Silver, Bronze 1, and Diamond over by West will be available. Unfortunately, Bronze 2 and Platinum are leased and Blue is LVCC staff parking.
Silver 1 will be blocked off on the 19th, to be used for move-out.
Complimentary self-parking is available now through May 31, 2026, for all Nevada residents and Fontainebleau Rewards members*.​ (Exceptions during special events)

Positions- A majority of the positions are STANDING, if you have any trouble standing for lengths of time, please let us know asap. You may also be asked to change areas or job duties- you must be flexible on this show.

Hours- Informa does cut hours if the show is slow, they make the contract with agencies. While we try everything to prevent this with the current economy we cannot control if a show cuts your hours on MAGIC.
Dress Code- Black Button Down Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes. Informa is strict on dress code- no t-shirts, yoga/sweats. If you need help getting a black button down shirt please reach out to Molly.​​​ You could be sent home if you are not in proper dress code.
Food/Drinks- Lunch is on your own, Break Room, north hall room N233/235 & south hall, room 233
Pay- $21.00 per hour paid March 6th​​​​ If you accept this position there will be no more requests for early pay, or alternative forms. Starting Feb. 1st you will be paid on payroll 2 weeks after show is completed. **Informa does not pay the 30 minute lunch break if you are given one.
Check In- (you will recieve a text 2-3 days prior with your location)
o EAC temps Friday, 2/13: report to grand lobby EAC desk or Welcome center counter and meet with Mike Lee.
o Registration, qualification typist Check-in location for Saturday: Training room, N233
o Flag Steamers check-in location is in the south hall lobby by the food court.
o All Ask Me/Info Desk Staff check-in location for Sunday: report to grand lobby by the food court and meet with Pat Harrison & supervisor for training
o Other Misc Staffing for Sunday, Monday, etc. check-in locations:
For registration positions:
North hall lobby & Grand lobby badge pickup & line monitors, meet at food court & meet with Frank Fox. For South hall S1 lobby badge pickup, line monitors & child waiver desk check in with supervisor, Jonathan Mazuran.
Upstairs, S3 with Informa manager, Sam and S2 lobby reg area, badge pickup, typist & line monitors check in with Lynette
o Show Entrance scanners & other misc. positions, check-in location: report to designated hall assigned to work (north & central halls at food court by Starbucks and south hall near food court.
SCHEDULE- Your schedule is from Galea- this is the show management app. This is what you will follow. Molly will text you a QR code that you will use to clock in and out each day.​​​
Late/Sick Calls- If you are sick, text or call Molly asap on her cell. If you are going to be late call your supervisor and/or Molly to make arrangements. Client is very strict and want's everyone to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift, please plan accordingly. If you no call no show it is an automatic removal from our agency.​

​Behavior- While we do understand not everyone gets along and there can be personality conflicts. If you are next to someone that you feel uncomfortable, please approach your supervisor. If there are passive aggressive comments, bullying, mean behavior Molly will come onsite, and you will be removed from the show. AVE does not allow staff to treat each other in any unkind way. ​
